In this manor we allow people to participate with the Renu Foundation in our quest to build a better, healthier planet and society. Part of our strategy allows for particiaption in any or all of the following areas:

Donors are invited and encoraged to give of their time, money, assets, talents or endowed technologies to add to our Solution Platform and recive tax write-offs in the process of helping others.

Investors can participate in Joint Ventures with Renu in a number of projects or are invited to bring their own. As part of our Market Driven approach investors and businesses are also invited to purchase: technology licenses, factories; panels and trusses, entire homes-in-a-box or anything else Renu supplies.

Project Development Participations: Renu also seeks land owners to develop their land for residential, commercial or industrial development projects. We have access to private equity and/or financing and all of the design, engineering, development and building expertise required to develop and build an entire project 'in-house'. We also work with other builders and developers who can develop and/or build your next project. We also provide complete consulting and assistance to other builders and developers who want to 'Go-Green' but do not know exactly what it takes and how to get there...

Building and Mortgage Finance and Investment: Renu will design an investment strategy to meet your financial goals and also promote 'Green' projects and developments that assist society with its many social challenges. Renu even carries seconds to help buyers purchase our homes...

Renu also work with other Non-Profits and Churches to develop affordable housing and related structures, emergency structures, job training programs and investments to help their financial growth and support their own community projects.
