Renu Foundation is a Public Charity approved by the IRS as a 501-C-3 organization. Our records are fully accessable to the public, and as a result individuals should be cautious of any attempting to represent him/her self as an authorized representative of Renu Foundation purely on the basis of our organization's information contained in these public records.

No one is authorized to obligate, contract, request credit, aquire product, hypotocate or otherwise encumber the Renu Foundation or its affiliates without specific written approval of the Board of Directors. Those Directors are Kirk T. Melton, John Carr, Senior District Judge V. Cunninham, Dr. Ingrid Arnold and Kathrine Melton. Only a signed authorization, duly notorized by the Executive Director is a binding instrument for this purpose.
Never give money, donations or any other valuables to persons without first contacting us directly.
Other Corporate or DBA entities:
The Renu Foundation has purchased or recieved as donations certain assets of the Renu Corporation and American Gallery Homes, L.L.C.. These entities are currenlty wholly owned subsidiaries of the Renu Foundation or DBA's and operate only in Texas at this time. No operations outside of Texas are authorized by the Renu Foundation and any other claims are invalid.
The Renu Foundation duly organizes and allows affilates to operate other Chapters. Currently the only legalized entities established are in in Illinois, North Carolina and Indiana. However, no one is authorized to obligate the Renu Foundation or these Chapters except as noted above by specific order of the Board of Directors through its Executive Director, Kirk T. Melton. Even the Directors of these operations do not have authorization to obligate the Renu Foundation except as noted above and are aware of these conditions.
Additionally, Renu and our Affiliates operate informally across the U.S., Canada, South America, the Carribean, Africa, Asia and China. Often these operations are totally volunteer or of a research or emergency assistance nature. In any case, NO ONE has authorization to obligate the Renu Foundation in any fashion except as noted herein.
Renu Foundation additionally sponsors a credit enhancement and credit services program operating as www.myoptimizedcredit.com . Anyone representing an affiliation with this program should be checked out to verify their auithorized affiliation with this program.
