Home Builders...Building Better Homes

Renu and our affiliate builders develop commercial, residential and industrial projects. These 'Green'-Energy Efficient Building projects help reduce insurance, utility and maintenance costs for their owners and reduce the burning of fossil fuels and the destruction of our trees for a more sustainable, healthier global environment. The following homes are all built from recycled materials

From our 1,140 3-2-2 Attainable Work-force home at left to a 10,000 sf mansion, Renu provides the technology, products and services to produce higher quality, longer lasting, stronger homes that provide more interior living space and are loaded with more amenities for about the same price as conventional construction. We typically get higher appraisals and also qualify for Energy-Efficient-Mortgages due to reduced utility costs. Typical utility costs are 25-75% lower than conventional construction. Our projects qualify for IBC, IEC, IECC and other traditional building codes and HUD, FHA, VA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae and other conventional mortgages. Builder / Contractor overall costs are reduced further by lower overhead, supervision and carry costs, which are not calculated into our price comparison.
